Buyback Guarantee Policy

We’re so confident you’ll love your machine, we’ll buy it back from you if you don’t. The Original Resinator’s buyback guarantee ensures that if your XL or OG isn’t living up to your expectations, you can sell it back to us for 50% of the original purchase price within 14 days of receiving your equipment. Terms and conditions apply.

Qualifying Refund Amount: 50% of items purchased excluding shipping, taxes, and fees, payable by ACH/wire, check, or credit card refund depending on original purchase method. 

Buyback Procedure:  If you believe your order qualifies for our buyback guarantee program, please log in to our website and fill out the buyback application form to begin the process. Only products registered by the original purchaser qualify for buyback. We may request a phone consultation with you to determine buyback eligibility. 

Buyback Terms and Conditions

In order to qualify for our buyback program and the full 50% back, the following terms and conditions apply.

All buyback refunds are subject to the express consent of The Original Resinator based on the following requirements for eligibility:

• Purchasers must provide proof of original purchase and submit their request for the equipment buyback no later than 14 calendar days after having received their Resinator OG or XL machine.
• In order for a machine to qualify for a return, it must be registered at the Original Resinator’s website by the original purchaser. 
• An XL or OG machine is only eligible for the buyback program if it is in perfect working order, undamaged, and returned in its complete original packaging. The cost for missing or damaged parts will be deducted from the total refund amount.  
• This buyback program is only available to the original purchaser and does not extend to secondhand ownership, pre-owned units, or restored units.
• All screens (trim, sift, and wash) are not eligible for buyback unless they are brand new in their original packaging. 
• Returned equipment must be cleaned thoroughly and to The Original Resinator’s exact specifications per the buyback cleaning manual. Any machines received that are not cleaned to the letter of the instructions will incur an additional deep cleaning fee that will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• The original purchaser is responsible for safely packaging and shipping their machine back to The Original Resinator’s headquarters in Santa Rosa, California. We strongly encourage returners to purchase insurance totalling the full value of the machine. If a machine is damaged in shipping and insurance is not purchased, the original buyer will be liable for any damage incurred as a result of the shipper or incorrect packaging.
• All buyback refunds are up to the explicit approval of The Original Resinator. It is our sincere goal to ensure the satisfaction of our customers, but we will not be held responsible for equipment neglect, misuse, poor cleaning, or incorrect shipping procedures. Note that uncleaned/dirty/smelly parcels may be denied and returned to sender or could be confiscated by shipping agents and The Original Resinator does not take accountability in any such circumstance. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before submitting your buyback request.
• Buybacks must have prior approval before being shipped back to The Original Resinator. Unauthorized returns will be denied and returned at the customer’s expense. 
• At The Original Resinator’s discretion, 1 hour of complimentary T.E.C. time to qualify may be required.

Return Policy

All The Original Resinator LLC tumbler machines are provided with a two to five year warranty, which begins upon product delivery. Please see below for all the details about our warranty coverage in the next section. During that time period, The Original Resinator LLC will supply parts, free of charge, for anything that breaks due to manufacturer defect. If the tumbler is damaged beyond repair requiring a return, The Original Resinator LLC will require an insurance claim filed with appropriate shipper and once recovered the cost of shipping will send out a new machine.

We do not accept any returns for our line of The Original Resinator® LLC Tumbler machines once shipped and unpackaged or used. The Original Resinator® LLC may elect to accept returns, other than for its line of The Original Resinator LLC tumbler machines, only within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase of regularly priced products. Sale priced products shall not be eligible to be returned and refunded. The product may be eligible for a return ONLY if it is unused, it is in the same condition in which you received it, it is returned in the original packaging, and it is accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. If a return is approved, ALL returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to shipping, handling, administration and or third party fees incurred. Return your product by mailing it to us at 3620 Airway Dr. Santa Rosa Ca, 95403 or specified address per company management correspondence. In the event that the product you are returning has a value in excess of $75, we recommend your using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, in as much as The Original Resinator® LLC does not guarantee that it will receive your returned product. You shall be responsible for paying all shipping costs incurred in returning your product to us, which shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are entitled to a refund and The Original Resinator has provided shipping, the cost of return shipping shall be deducted from your refund. 

Upon receipt and inspection of your authorized returned product, The Original Resinator LLC will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and whether or not your refund has been approved or rejected. In the event that your refund has been approved, The Original Resinator® LLC will process your refund and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. In the event that you have not received a refund that The Original Resinator® LLC notified you had been approved, you should first check your bank account. If that is not successful, you should contact your credit card company since it may take some time before a refund is processed and posted. If after attempting all of this you still have not received your refund, then please contact us at support@theoriginalresinator.com. 

The Original Resinator LLC shall only replace its products in the event they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange one of our products for the same product, please send us an email at support@theoriginalresinator.com and then send your defective or damaged product to us at 3620 Airway Dr. Santa Rosa Ca, 95403 or agreed upon and company management specified address. The amount of time that it may take your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending upon where you live. 

In the event that your product was designated as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit from The Original Resinator® LLC for the value of your returned product. Upon our receipt of the returned product, The Original Resinator LLC will add credit to your account. In the event that your product was not designated as a gift at the time of purchase, or the purchaser of the gift had the product shipped to themselves, The Original Resinator® LLC will send a refund to the gift giver who will then discover that you returned the product. 

Warranty

This warranty document outlines the coverage and terms of the warranty provided by The Original Resinator for its XL, OG, and XLS Pro machines. Please read this document carefully before using the product. By using the product, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this warranty.

1. Warranty Coverage

1.1. The Original Resinator provides the following warranty coverages for its machines:

1.1.1. XL and OG Warranty Coverage (Base and Complete Models)

The XL and OG machines are covered by a 2-year equipment warranty against manufacturer’s defects for the following hardware and electronics:

• Structural components
• Structural hardware
• Electronics

The XL and OG machines are covered by a 1-year equipment warranty against manufacturer’s defects for the following components:

• Rubber gaskets
• Draw latches
• Connection hardware
• Clear plastic lids

1.1.2. XLS Pro Warranty Coverage

The XLS Pro machine is covered by the following warranties against manufacturer’s defects:

• Stainless steel housing and hardware: 5 years
• Couplings, gaskets, and connection hardware: 2 years
• Electronic components: 2 years

2. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

2.1. The following items are excluded from the warranty coverage for all Resinator machines (XL, OG, and XLS Pro):

• Trim, sift, wash screens

However, these items will be covered under warranty if they are found to be damaged out of the box or if they arrive damaged.

3. Warranty Activation and Coverage

3.1. The warranty coverage is activated when the product is purchased by the original purchaser.

3.2. To activate the warranty coverage, the product must be registered within 30 days of the purchase date.

3.3. The warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

4. Exceptions, Limitations, and Voiding of Warranty

4.1. The following instances will void the warranty coverage:

(i) Ordinary wear and tear by the original purchaser.

(ii) Original purchaser’s non-observance of installation, operating, and/or maintenance instructions or Specifications provided by Seller in writing on the provided USB drive.

(iii) The Resinator classic model motor operates on 110/120V power only. Using a power supply different from the specified voltage may cause damage to the motor, and The Original Resinator will not be responsible for such damage.

(iv) Original purchaser’s abuse, improper use, or neglect of Goods and Services.

(v) Unauthorized modifications made to Goods.

(vi) Instances of force majeure, including theft, destruction of property, natural disasters, and other acts of God.

(vii) Warranty coverages do not apply to pre-owned equipment.

5. Obtaining Warranty Service

5.1. To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser’s must contact The Original Resinator and fill out a Support Ticket Form.

5.2. The original purchaser’s may be required to provide proof of purchase and registration information for warranty service eligibility.

6. Disclaimer

6.1. This warranty document contains the entire agreement between the original purchaser’s and The Original Resinator, and it supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, understandings, or representations.

6.2. The Original Resinator’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts or the product itself at The Original Resinator’s discretion.

By using any Original Resinator machine (XL, OG, or XLS Pro), you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of this warranty document, and you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. 

Limited Availability and Price

The prices for our products are subject to change without notice. In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information received from a third party, The Original Resinator® LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price. The Original Resinator® LLC shall have the right to limit the number of items sold and/or purchased through this website. The Original Resinator™ LLC shall have the right to refuse or to cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed and the money has been received by The Original Resinator® LLC If the original purchaser’s money has already been received by The Original Resinator® LLC and the order is canceled, The Original Resinator® LLC shall immediately return the money to the original purchaser.

Product Compliance and Suitability

Different jurisdictions have varying laws, codes and regulations governing the construction, installation, and/or use of products for a particular purpose. Certain products may not be available for sale in all locales. The Original Resinator LLC does not guarantee compliance or suitability of any of the products that it sells with any laws, codes or regulations, nor does it accept any responsibility for the construction, installation, and/or use of any of its products. It is your responsibility to review the product’s application and all applicable laws, codes and regulations for each applicable jurisdiction in order ensure that the construction, installation, and/or use involving our products are compliant.

Purchasing Products

Anyone utilizing our Website to purchase any products shall be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. Additionally, they shall be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. The Original Resinator LLC shall not be responsible for any actions or conduct of a buyer purchasing any products through this Website.

2. The Original Resinator LLC shall not have any liability to a buyer of any of our products in the event that any damage is sustained while the product is in transit.

3. The Original Resinator LLC shall not have any liability in the event that any person whatsoever is injured, or any property is damaged, while any product purchased through this Website is in transit.

4. The Original Resinator LLCshall not have any liability in the event that any person whatsoever is injured, or any property is damaged, while utilizing any products purchased through this Website.

5. You shall provide The Original Resinator LLC with current, complete and accurate purchase, account and contact information for all purchases made through our Website and you shall guarantee the accuracy of such information. In the event a transaction is canceled due to inaccurate or inauthentic information provided by you, you shall be responsible for any and all expenses incurred by The Original Resinator LLC arising from the cancellation.
