STEP 1:

Review Materials in Resources Section

In the Resources section of our website you will find information compiled for your success: you will see the video walkthrough of the assembly process, our Micron Chart and Operating Guide (which screen to use and suggested run times), pro tips, and more. Paper copies of this information will also be in the purple envelope that comes with your machine (in the tray box that looks like packaging).
For your best shot at immediate success,
we recommend reviewing these documents ahead of time.

IMPORTANT:

The Resinator motor operates on 110/120V power only. You must use a power converter if your power supply is different.

*The Original Resinator is not responsible for damage to the motor caused by improper power supply.*

STEP 2:

Get Familiar with Liquid Co2

Do you have the right Co2 for your process? Read everything you need to know about Co2 in the documents linked below. All Resinator Machines use LIQUID Co2. This means that you need a “dip-tube”, aka a Siphon Tube inside the tank, or a LIQUID cylinder/ dewar. The 20-50 lb. tanks should have a sticker on the tank indicating that it has a siphon or dip tube.
You should be able to find liquid Co2 at your local gas dealer.
