Return Policy
All The Original Resinator LLC tumbler machines are provided with a one year warranty, which begins upon product delivery. During that time period, The Original Resinator LLC will supply parts, free of charge, for anything that breaks due to manufacturer defect. If the tumbler is damaged beyond repair requiring a return, The Original Resinator LLC will require a insurance claim filed with appropriate shipper and once recovered the cost of shipping will send out a new machine.
We do not accept any returns for our line of The Original Resinator® LLC Tumbler machines once shipped, unpackaged or used. The Original Resinator® LLC may elect to accept returns, other than for its line of The Original Resinator LLC tumbler machines, only within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase of regularly priced products. Sale priced products shall not be eligible to be returned and refunded. The product may be eligible for a return ONLY if it is unused, it is in the same condition in which you received it, it is returned in the original packaging, and it is accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. If a return is approved, ALL returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to shipping, handling, administration and or third party fees incurred . Return your product by mailing it to us at 3620 Airway Dr. Santa Rosa Ca, 95403 or specified address per company management correspondence. In the event that the product you are returning has a value in excess of $75, we recommend your using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, in as much as The Original Resinator® LLC does not guarantee that it will receive your returned product. You shall be responsible for paying all shipping costs incurred in returning your product to us, which shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are entitled to a refund, the cost of return shipping shall be deducted from your refund.
Upon receipt and inspection of your authorized returned product, The Original Resinator LLC will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and whether or not your refund has been approved or rejected. In the event that your refund has been approved, The Original Resinator® LLC will process your refund and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. In the event that you have not received a refund that The Original Resinator® LLC notified you had been approved, you should first check your bank account. If that is not successful, you should contact your credit card company since it may take some time before a refund is processed and posted. If after attempting all of this you still have not received your refund, then please contact us at support@theoriginalresinator.com.
The Original Resinator LLC shall only replace its products in the event they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange one of our products for the same product, please send us an email at support@theoriginalresinator.com and then send your defective or damaged product to us at 3620 Airway Dr. Santa Rosa Ca, 95403 or agreed upon and company management specified address. The amount of time that it may take your exchanged product to reach you may vary dependent upon where you live.
In the event that your product was designated as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit from The Original Resinator® LLC for the value of your returned product. Upon our receipt of the returned product, The Original Resinator LLC will mail a gift certificate to you. In the event that your product was not designated as a gift at the time of purchase, or the purchaser of the gift had the product shipped to themselves, The Original Resinator® LLC will send a refund to the gift giver who will then discover that you returned the product.
