BUYBACK PROGRAM & LIMITED WARRANTY

We at The Original Resinator, LLC (the “Company”, “we” or “us”) are so confident you’ll love your XL or OG machine, we’ll buy it back from you if you don’t. All of The Original Resinator, LLC tumbler machines are provided with a limited warranty, beginning upon delivery of the product to you. During the relevant time period, the Company will supply replacement parts, free of charge, for malfunctioning equipment parts due to manufacturer defect. Terms and conditions apply as set forth in this Buyback Program & Limited Warranty. All returned and irreplaceable or irreparable products and equipment will become the property of the Company.

If you believe your order qualifies for our buyback program, please log in to our Website and fill out the buyback application form to begin the process. We may request a phone consultation with you to determine eligibility. 

The terms and conditions stated in this Buyback Program & Limited Warranty are incorporated by reference into the Company’s Terms and Conditions for the Website.

BUYBACK PROGRAM

Covered Equipment: XL Classic Bundle, XL Base Model, XLS Pro, OG Classic Bundle and OG Base Model.

Amount of Refund for Qualified Applicants: In exchange for your return of the equipment, and after the Company accepts your application, the Company may repurchase your equipment for up to fifty percent (50%) of the original purchase price. Costs incurred by you related to shipping, taxes, and fees described in this Buyback Program & Limited Warranty, are excluded from the repurchase amount. The Company may issue the payment to you via the original purchase method. All buybacks are up to the sole discretion and explicit approval of the Company. 

Unauthorized returns will be denied by the Company, and returned to you at your expense.

Eligibility Requirements for Buyback Program: 

  • Purchasers must submit their request for the equipment buyback program no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after receiving delivery of their OG or XL machine.
  • Purchasers must provide proof to the Company of original purchase in their application materials. This buyback program is only available to the original purchaser and does not extend to secondhand ownership, pre-owned units, or restored units.
  • An XL or OG machine is only eligible for the buyback program if it is in perfect working order, undamaged, and returned to the Company in its complete original packaging. The cost for the Company to replace any missing or damaged parts from an OG or XL machine will be deducted by the Company from the total amount of the repurchase that you will receive.
  • All screens (trim, sift, and wash) are not eligible for buyback unless they are returned to the Company in brand new condition inside of their original packaging. 
  • Returned equipment must be cleaned thoroughly, and to the Company’s exact specifications per the buyback cleaning manual. Machines not cleaned to the letter of the instructions will incur an additional deep cleaning fee that will be deducted from the total refund amount. The exact amount of the cleaning fee depends on the status of the equipment at the time it is received and processed by the Company. However, the minimum cleaning fee amount is two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) and the fee may increase to as high as five hundred dollars ($500.00).

RETURNS

Returns of all products and equipment (other than those subject to the Buyback Program outlined above) must be requested by you within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of original purchase. The Company will only consider returns for products purchased at regular prices. Sale priced products are not eligible for return or refund. The product may be eligible for a return ONLY if it is unused, it is in the same condition in which you received it, it is returned in the original packaging, and it is accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. All accepted returns are subject to a twenty (20%) percent restocking fee. You are responsible for shipping and handling of the returned product or equipment. 

The Company will send you an email notifying you whether or not your refund has been approved or rejected. In the event that your refund has been approved, the Company will process your refund and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

In the event that you have not received a refund that the Company previously notified you had been approved, you should first check your bank account for the return payment. If that is not successful, you should contact your credit card company as it may take some time before a refund is processed and posted to your account. If after completing those initial steps you still have not received your refund from the Company, then please contact us at support@theoriginalresinator.com

In the event that your product was designated as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit from the Company  for the value of your returned product. In the event that your product was not properly pre-designated as a gift at the time of purchase by the original purchaser, or the purchaser of the gift had the product shipped to themselves directly, the Company will send a refund to the gift giver who will then discover that you returned the product.

Products or equipment purchased through an authorized retailer of the Company will not be refunded by the Company; in such case, any refunds must be obtained from the authorized retailer directly from whom you purchased the product or equipment, and will be subject to such retailer’s policies.

LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty document outlines the coverage and terms of the warranty provided by the Company for its XL Classic Bundle, XL Base Model, XLS Pro, OG Classic Bundle and OG Base Model equipment. Please read this Buyback Program & Limited Warranty carefully before using any product or equipment. By using the product or equipment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Buyback Program & Limited Warranty and agree to be bound by them. 

Eligibility Requirements for Warranty Coverage: 

  • Warranty coverage (if any) applies only to the original purchaser of the product or equipment, and is non-transferable. Warranty coverages do not apply to pre-owned equipment. 
  • You may be required to provide proof of purchase for warranty eligibility.

XL Base Model, XL Classic Bundle, OG Base Model, and OG Classic Bundle – Terms of Limited Warranties:

  1. 2-Year Limited Warranty Parts: The XL Base Model, XL Classic Bundle, OG Base Model, and OG Classic Bundle machines are covered by a two (2) year limited warranty against manufacturer’s defects for the following: structural components, structural hardware, and electronics.
  2. 1-Year Limited Warranty Parts: The XL Base Model, XL Classic Bundle, OG Base Model, and OG Classic Bundle machines are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty against manufacturer’s defects for the following: rubber gaskets, draw latches, connection hardware, and clear plastic lids.

XLS Pro – Terms of Limited Warranties:

  1. 5-Year Limited Warranty Parts: The XLS Pro machines are covered by a five (5) year limited warranty against manufacturer’s defects for the following: stainless steel housing and hardware components.
  2. 2-Year Limited Warranty Parts: The XLS Pro machines are covered by a two (2) year limited warranty against manufacturer’s defects for the following: couplings, gaskets and connection hardware components, and electronic components.

Screens and Tumblers – Terms of Limited Warranty: Trim, sift or wash screens, and tumbler machines, are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty against manufacturer’s defects upon arrival. Trim, sift and wash screens are expressly excluded from this Buyback Program & Limited Warranty after use by you. 

Duration of Warranty: The warranty coverage is measured from the date of purchase of the product or equipment. The repaired or exchanged product or equipment will be warranted by the Company only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Exceptions, Limitations and Voiding of Warranty(s): The following instances will void the warranty coverage:

  • Ordinary wear and tear by the original purchaser.
  • Original purchaser’s non-observance of installation, operating, and/or maintenance instructions or specifications provided by the Company.
  • Operating the products or equipment with the incorrect power supply. Using a power supply different from the specified voltage may cause damage to the motor, and the Company will not be responsible for such damage.
  • Original purchaser’s abuse, improper use, or neglect of the product or equipment.
  • Modifications to the product or equipment.
  • Instances of force majeure, including theft, destruction of property by transport carriers or otherwise, natural disasters, pandemics and other acts of God.

SHIPPING TO THE ORIGINAL RESINATOR, LLC

  • The Company will not be responsible for the cost to ship the products or equipment back to the Company. Your shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are entitled to a refund and the Company has provided shipping, the cost of return shipping shall be deducted from your total refund amount. 
  • You are responsible for safely packaging and shipping products and equipment back to the Company’s headquarters in Santa Rosa, California. 
  • Return your product by mailing it to the Company at 3620 Airway Drive, Santa Rosa, CA 95403 or to the specified address per your correspondence with company management. 
  • The Company requires you to purchase transit insurance equalling the full retail value of the product or equipment. If a product is damaged during shipment, and insurance was not purchased by you, then you will be directly liable to the Company for any damage incurred as a result of the parcel carrier or incorrect packaging.
  • Shipping agents (such as the United States Postal Service) may unilaterally deny shipment of, or return to sender, or confiscate, any uncleaned/dirty/smelly parcels that do not meet required shipping procedures. The Company does not take accountability for your failure to adhere to shipping procedure or policy of any third party carrier under any circumstance.

MISCELLANEOUS

Availability and Pricing: The prices for our products are subject to change without notice. In the event a product, equipment or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information received from a third party, the Company has the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for products, equipment or services listed at the incorrect price. The Company has the unilateral and exclusive right to limit the number of items sold and/or purchased by anyone. The Company also reserves the right to refuse or to cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed and the money has been received. If the original purchaser’s money has already been received by the Company and the order is canceled, then the Company agrees to timely return the payment to the original purchaser.

Product Compliance and Suitability: Different jurisdictions have varying laws, codes and regulations governing the construction, installation, and/or use of products for a particular purpose. Certain products may not be available for sale in all locales. The Company does not guarantee compliance or suitability of any of the products or equipment that it sells to you with any particular laws, codes or regulations except as expressly indicated in writing by the Company in this Buyback Program & Limited Warranty, the Terms of Conditions of the Website, by contract with you, or due to applicable advertising materials. It is your responsibility to review each product or equipments’ purpose and all applicable laws, codes and regulations to ensure compliance.

Limitations on The Company’s Liability: TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, EXCEPT FOR THE OBLIGATIONS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN THIS BUYBACK PROGRAM & LIMITED WARRANTY, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE ORIGINAL RESINATOR, LLC OR ITS AUTHORIZED RETAILERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS) WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY AND IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER THE ORIGINAL RESINATOR, LLC OR THE AUTHORIZED RETAILER HAS ADVANCE NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Further, the Company must not be liable or responsible for:

  • Any actions or conduct of a buyer purchasing any products through its Website.
  • Any damage to a product or equipment sustained in transit or shipping.
  • Any injury or property damaged, caused while any product purchased through this Website is in transit or shipping.

Accuracy of Your Information: You must provide the Company with current, complete and accurate purchase, account and contact information for all purchases made through our Website. You guarantee the accuracy of such information. In the event an order or transaction is canceled due to inaccurate or inauthentic information provided by you, then you shall be responsible for any and all expenses incurred by the Company arising from the cancellation. In the event that you provide the Company with false or inaccurate information, the Company may remove your account from the Website and cancel any orders.

Integration: This Buyback Program & Limited Warranty contains the entire agreement between the original purchaser and the Company, and it supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, understandings, or representations.

Severance: If any portion of this Buyback Program & Limited Warranty is limited by applicable law, then all other provisions will remain in full force.
