Please note that while Harvest Right Pharmaceutical freeze dryers are perfect for ice water hash or live sift, they are not suitable for freeze drying flower with our Crop-to-Cure® technology. A Harvest Right Scientific model freeze dryer combined with a Digivac Stratavac is required.

The ideal vacuum pressure and drying temperature is easily maintained for ice water hash and live sift throughout the entire cycle to ensure you get consistent results with maximum terpene preservation every time. Freeze drying hash or live sift also ensures that you don’t have any contaminants or microbial problems during the drying process, which is common with air drying techniques.

Premier Oil Pump Technical Specifications

Takes one or two minutes. This new Premier Industrial Pump rarely needs to have the oil changed or filtered. The pump has a gas ballast feature that makes it so water does not stay in the oil. Because of this, the oil in the pump will be pristine and clear, even after 30 or more batches. You simply won’t need to change the oil until you have run 25 to 40 batches. -Vacuum Pressure: Under cold and hot conditions this pump pulls a deeper vacuum than a standard oil pump. Under cold conditions the difference is .05 Pascal for this pump and .08 Pascal for standard pumps. Whereas, under warm conditions the difference is much greater: .05 Pascal for this pump and 2.05 Pascal for standard pumps. Hence, this pump is especially not affected by warm, ambient conditions. When temperatures rise, it will pull a vacuum far better than a standard pump. This pump is just not affected by outside heat. It pulls the same deep vacuum even when it is in a warm environment.
